corneto.methods.signaling.plot_cellnopt_model(method, problem=None, *, condition=None, show_unselected=False, show_inactive=True, width_by='selection', renderer='auto', **plot_kwargs)

Plot a solved CellNOpt model using CORNETO’s graph renderers.

condition=None shows the shared selected structure. Selecting a condition overlays reaction activity and predicted species states. Structural flow may optionally control edge widths, but never edge color.
